In the spirit of the local underground, Eleven Empire opens a further passage on the 9th of May: The Underground Exchange. Within this convergence, the Spycats (Salzburg/Boot) and Celestial Guard (Vienna/Seayou) are drawn together once more, having already shared a stage elsewhere across the quieter territories of Austria, as if their paths were always destined to re-cross beneath the same dim light.
